Our client is a large, and growing, specialist land-based College, with centres throughout Yorkshire, Cumbria and the Tees Valley.

Joining them as a Section Administrator, you will ensure the efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support for the Prince’s Trust / AVOL section and its associated educational resource.  This is a part time role to cover 29.6 hours per week (0.8 FTE).

Assisting with the smooth operation of the department / section in conjunction with other members of the team, you will deal with telephone calls, students and visitors along with the basic maintenance of the VLE and recording of student assessment submissions.

Candidates for this role must have strong word processing, administrative and secretarial skills with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel.  Previous secretarial and administrative experience is essential and you will ideally have experience of processing orders, invoicing, budget monitoring and reporting and minute taking.
