Work Based Learning Co-ordinator - Business Administration and Medical Terminology

£20,664 - £27,771 per annum

• Are you interested in passing on your skills, knowledge and expertise to Apprentices and Work Place Learners who are training with West Suffolk College?

West Suffolk College is seeking an outstanding Work Based Learning Co-ordinator to join our Business Workplace Learning team.

For the successful candidate this will be an exciting opportunity to be involved in the delivery of vocational qualifications, designing and delivering the training, pastoral and assessment elements of an apprentice's or work-based learners individual learning programmes across Business and Management subject areas.

You should have extensive Business Administration and Medical Terminology knowledge, coupled with knowledge of Apprenticeships and Work Based Learning requirements, in order to successfully mentor and coach our learners to reach their potential and achieve their qualification outcomes.

Previous experience of working within the NHS would be advantageous. Ideally, you should hold a Level 3 award in Assessing (A1 or equivalent) and a relevant post 16 teaching qualification, although full training will be provided.

You should be IT literate, have your own transport and have the flexibility to travel across all areas within the East of England.
