HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

B/C scp.12-19 £15,823 - £18,560 per annum

37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday inclusive

Based at Service Headquarters in Birstall, Leicester

Your role will be to act as a focal point for our team, providing a professional HR transactional service with an emphasis on recruitment and selection, administrating the employee ‘life cycle', monitoring and updating statistical data and assisting managers and employees. A high level of communication skills is essential as well as a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be competent and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications and have experience of (or the ability to use) web based e-recruitment and HR information systems. In addition, you will thrive in a busy and challenging environment and understand the requirement to maintain confidentiality.

You will have experience of working within an office environment providing quality customer service and be able to demonstrate experience of working as part of a team and autonomously when required.
