The Payroll / HR Coordinator Opportunity:

Our site in Scunthorpe is currently recruiting for a Payroll & HR Coordinator to provide Payroll processing to the site together with a generalist HR service and support to both the site and the HR Manager.

Essential Experience and Qualifications: (Candidates must have the following to be considered for the role):

+ Working knowledge of Finance & Payroll basics 
+ Numerate and literate to minimum O Level / GCSE “C” 
+ CIPD qualified (at least to Associate level)
+ Experience of working within a diverse and fast paced HR function preferably within an FMCG Unionised environment
+ Experience of dealing with disciplinary, grievance and investigations
+ Can demonstrate working to tight deadlines with a sense of pace and urgency
+ Influencing and persuasive style
+ Compassionate but resilient and business focused
+ “Can Do” attitude with propensity to problem solve
+ Computer literate with Microsoft packages
+ Excellent communication skills at all levels

You may have worked in the following capacities:
HR & Payroll Officer, HR & Payroll Advisor, HR & Payroll Administrator, HR & Payroll Coordinator, FMCG HR Coordinator.
