JOB TITLE: Graduate Assistant Project Manager
SALARY: Depending on experience
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday - Full time

THE COMPANY: Our client is a one-stop Project & Construction Management Consultancy company which also offers on-going facilities management services to businesses, specialising in commercial and retail fit out projects. With rapid expansion since being established in 2002 our client now boasts an impressive range of clients across a variety of industries including Nike, Jimmy Choo, Net-a-Porter, Converse, ASOS and many more. We are now looking for a driven Assistant Project Manager to join the business.

THE ROLE: As a Assistant Project Manager, you will be expected to provide essential support to existing staff members. Although the role is based in Henley, you will be required to travel to client sites based around London often on a daily basis. This position will be initially for a 6 month contract with a view to become permanent for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assistant Project Manager coving various sites
  • Attending Site meetings & to follow up/ action the outcomes from these meetings
  • Produce Scope of Works and specification documents
  • To assist with pricing of projects and small works
  • Sourcing quotations from contractors and suppliers
  • Assisting with site set up
  • Production of RAM's
  • Liaising with consultants
  • Willing to learn CAD and Microsoft Project to produce programme of works and assist with drawings
  • To assist with Schedule of Conditions
  • Production of snagging/ de snagging lists
  • Visit site to monitor progress and quality control
  • Produce photographic reports
  • Preparing Tenders



THE CANDIDATE: We are seeking to recruit an ambitious, passionate graduate or of similar experience. For this Assistant Project Manager position you will ideally hold a degree in Project/Building management discipline or similar.

Key experience for the role:
  • To hold a degree or equivalent in Project/Building management
  • UK driving licence
  • Experience using/willingness to learn CAD drawings
  • Experience of previously using Microsoft project
  • Driven and self-motivated approach to work
  • Willingness to learn and progress
  • Able to commute to Henley & London
