The Company:
Our client is a well-established and renowned global company offering Marketing & Communication services. They are looking for likeminded individuals to join their ever growing team and strive for greatness!

Main Duties:
Your role will be to assist the Field Operations Manager to identify and convert prospects, as well as offering logistical and practical support in the field, travelling to luxurious exhibitions.

The Role:
- To prospect clients in the field during exhibitions
- To win negotiation of promotional products for advertising purposes
- To manage organisation of promotional packs right through to delivery & distribution
- To offer logistical and practical support before, during and after shows and events
- To liaise with storage warehouses to ensure smooth despatch of goods to shows and receipt back to the warehouse after shows
- To liaise with Marketing department as well as Sales department
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with acquired clients year on year
- To occasionally travel to Events & Shows in attractive parts of Europe (Up to 12 weeks per year)

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Fluent in Italian and/or French (written & spoken) – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in Lead Generation/Business Development/Sales or Telesales in a B2B/consultative industry – ESSENTIAL
- Ability to communicate in a global environment
- Ability to multi-task from office administrative tasks to field activities such as distribution of promotional packs during luxurious events
- Dynamic and prepared to take on "hands on" activities
- Flexible as travelling required – Drivers licence & Passport holder
- Computer literate
