Customer Service Executive
Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive for a Financial Service Centre based in Newport. The successful candidate should be available for an immediate start, and be able to pass a detailed credit check.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with inbound calls
- Abiding to FCA and DPA regulations
- Carrying out administrative tasks as and when required
- Processing and allocating payments made by debit card and cheques from customers
The ideal Customer Service Executive will have previously worked in a contact centre or a retail/hospitality customer service role. To apply for this role, you should also be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident yet friendly approach to customer service, as well as excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
