It’s an exciting time to be in the UK water industry. Until recently, most business customers have been unable to choose their water supplier, but this is changing.

Our client works closely with their business and public sector customers to provide a range of water services. As the market becomes increasingly competitive, they are driving service improvements to meet their customers’ changing expectations. With great customer service at the heart of everything they do, they are winning new business and have a rapidly expanding team as a result.

As Performance & MI Analyst, you will be responsible for producing the effective, accurate and timely data analysis and reporting for their customer service and sales functions to ensure that both internal departments and external contractors perform to agreed SLA’s and in line with company policies and procedures.

Working closely with the Service Assurance Manager to present recommendations for process improvement, you will analyse and evaluate external supplier delivery processes and identify where changes can be made to improve their customer service and sales strategies and increase value, efficiency, cost and profitability.

With excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work across various teams, the successful candidate will have relevant experience in an analytical role and have an understanding of billing and revenue processes. With strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Access, you will have experience of working with a Service Contractor and be able to challenge and change accepted working practices in favour of new and more effective ways of working.

Candidates must also have good communications skills and be able to build co-operative working relationships at all levels, undertaking effective negotiations to resolve issues. Salesforce experience is highly desirable however this is not essential.
