Our client is an exceptional IT services company specialising in hosting products, services and support. As their Sales Team expands with new successes, there is now a requirement for a Sales Executive to join their team.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be challenged to generate new revenue for our client through consultative selling and the conversion of inbound sales leads. 

Dealing with enquires generated from live chat, telephone calls and online requests, your role will focus on three main areas, sales generation, sales management and reporting. You’ll be working closely with the Support Team to ensure customer satisfaction and will have access to existing shared hosting customers to enable up-selling. 

As our client operates within the IT sector, a major focus is security, as such you’ll be required to maintain strict security levels in line with our client’s ISO 27001 accreditation. 

Interested? If so, you must have previous B2B sales or account management experience. Equally important is your passion to succeed and your drive. 

As a Sales Executive, you will also need a customer-focused, team player mentality coupled with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

The ideal candidate will have IT sales experience, but this is by no means essential as internal training will be provided.
