Account Manager needed for successful B2B telecoms solutions company

The Role

As Account Manager in this telecoms solutions company, you will be responsible for managing a variety of ( B2B ) business accounts, all different due to their varying number of employees, number of lines used, turnover etc. Responsibilities will include:

  • providing assistance to a wide range of business customer queries
  • liaising with large networks such as EE, O2 and Vodafone
  • analysing customers' phone bills and resolving issues
  • liaising with customers to ensure full satisfaction with service

Full induction on the job training will be provided.

The Person

The ideal Account Manager will have previous experience in account management, ideally within the telecommunications / telco / telecoms sector - although not essential. Excellent written / verbal communication and a positive, proactive friendly attitude are required.

A full induction programme will ensure you reach your full potential and integration into the role will be gradual, starting with putting learnt skills to practice before managing your first accounts. Initially, you will spend time developing your knowledge of the company and its services, including shadowing Strategic Account Managers with their day to day tasks and responsibilities.
