FINTEC recruit is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef for our Hospitality client based in Sutton. This is a permanent position with a salary of £22k - £24k depending on experience. Our client is looking for a Kitchen Manager that has branded experience- managing a team.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef your responsibilities will include the following:-
Preparing, cooking and presenting food quickly and efficiently
Ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen
Leading, training and motivating others, with the key aim of delivering quality food to the guests to brand specification and within brand standard timings
Overseeing food ordering
Food Preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using the client's tailored development framework
Training, motivating and inspiring your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
