Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) Building Cleaning Service in conjunction with Radcliffe-on-Trent Infant School, require a new cleaner. Working an 8.75 hour week you will be required to clean the new foundation unit at the school, for the benefit of pupils, parents and staff.
The post will involve the cleaning of a designated area with in the school, and will include the following duties: vacuuming, mopping, dusting and the cleaning of toilets for example. You will be working as part of a team with two other cleaners and the School Site Manager.
The hours of work are from 3.30pm to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday, with a total of 24 days annual leave per year. There is the possibility to increase hours to 16.25 hours per week from January 2017.
You will need to be smart in appearance, wearing a provided uniform. We would want you to work positively with staff and parents and be a good team worker.
Previous experience of this type of work would be advantageous but ideally we are looking for someone with interest and a high degree of commitment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff, children and visitors to the school. Training will be provided.
