Relocation Consultant

BPS World is currently recruiting for a Relocation Consultant to join an international Global Mobility Services organisation based in London who have a unique and compelling vision for the future of Relocation Services. This innovative company is already having significant success across Europe and are now looking to expand into global markets.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Management of the relocation cycle;
- Compliance with specific policies and service requirements set by the client;
- Develop strong relationships within the business and HR, ensuring regular progress is provided on assignment status;
- Develop understanding of the cost implications of international assignments in accordance with the policies;
- Preparation of weekly status reports for all ongoing assignments;
- Coordination and management of suppliers;
- Carrying out pre assignment briefings and client policy reviews;
- Participating in ongoing training and internal seminars to enable professional development;
- Reviewing and approving supplier invoices

You will ideally possess the following:

- A background within Relocation services / Global Mobility;
- Experience drawing up tenancy agreements;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Familiarity and experience with all Office Products (Especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web based software;
- Ideally qualified to a college level or equivalent
