Fullstack Developer - PHP, LAMP, LARAVEL 5, SYMFONY 2, Linux, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, NODE.JS 

My client a leading publishing company in Central London is looking for a Full-stack Developer to join their expanding team. This company is known for producing some of the best print and online magazine content in the UK and are making a big push presently to do more with the digital element of their business. This role is a new position working within a current team of five (mixed fronted Back End developers).

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a senior level understanding of both Back End PHP/LAMP and Front End technology. You will operate as an integral member of the team reporting directly into the Development Manager. We are looking for someone who has a problem solving attitude, who likes to take the initiative and looks for solutions opposed to waiting for instructions, This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team, as they are entering an exciting phase of digital launches to combine editorial, design and technology. Motivated, passionate and inquisitive minds required!

Key Skills:

  • PHP/LAMP experience
  • Working knowledge of either, Laravel 5, Symfony 2, Wordpress
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Javascript framework/library experience (Angular, React, Node for example)
  • Linux Server experience (ideally with AWS).
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Website or portfolio, showcasing your coding ability.
