Mint Technician

Title: Mint Technician
Location: Greater London
Salary: £19,000 - £26,900

We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly individual to work as Mint Technician providing washroom services in all our female and male lavatories within Greater London and sometimes outside the M25.

As Technician you will be carrying out service visits to Mint customer premises in order to complete contractual commitments or job instructions as specified.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Complete a variety of washroom maintenance services including sanitary bins, hand dryers, air fresheners and many more in schools (same sex lavatory attendant is required, therefore the person in charge will work according to the planned schedules and routes available in order to meet customer requirements)
* Provide excellent customer service at all times and escalate any problems to your Line Manager
* Proactively feedback sales opportunities to Mint head office Team Support co-worker
* Be able to communicate effectively face to face and via email, text and telephone
* Could be driving a new automatic van

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
* Be self-motivated, reliable and proactive team player
* Demonstrate clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues
* Be flexible with working hours, as this role covers a large geographical area
* Ability to use own initiative and display a positive 'can do' attitude
* Possession of a clean valid UK driving license

Experience whilst beneficial is not essential because Mint provides full technical training to all employees. If you can demonstrate the right attitude, we will give you the skills and knowledge to succeed within our organisation.
