About the job:

  • You work in our Global Supply Chain Team and support developing industry-leading best practices and blue prints for everything we do along our entire value chain (recipe creation, purchasing, production and B2C logistics)
  • You are involved in a broad range of projects on an international level transforming our operations in 7 markets
  • Management and continuous improvement of purchasing strategies and operations, just-in-time production processes and last-mile delivery solutions
  • You have a very high level of exposure to leading senior industry experts and local senior management
  • Improving utilization of our fleet and insourced outbound shipping operations
  • Implementing new technologies (creating and implementing logistics configurator; finalizing API integration project with all carriers etc.)
  • Transfer innovation projects already implemented in the US to the UK (i.e. live tracking systems and technologies, advanced distributed delivery network systems etc.
  • Recruiting from most prominent business schools for Ops roles within the company

Who we're looking for:

  • You have an MBA Degree from a top tier University
  • You have a MSc in Accounting, Corporate Finance or equivalent from a top tier University
  • You have a BSc in Business Administration from a top tier University
  • You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in a strategic capacity (consulting, banking, operations, manufacturing)
  • You have a minimum of 3 years working experience in management within a start up
  • You have experience within the food industry, preferably within a food tech business
  • You have worked for a large global B2C brand
  • You have a robust analytical framework, yet true hands-on mentality
  • Your level of process orientation is very high
  • You are an excellent team player
  • You have fluent English skills (German / Dutch / Swedish a plus) and being at ease with working in a truly international environment
  • You have the willingness to frequently travel our international offices and production facilities to support driving continuous improvement in close collaboration with the local teams
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are a true self-starter and creator instead of administrator
