JOB TITLE: Digital Business Development Manager
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP26,000 per annum
THE COMPANY: Our client is a growing digital marketing business built on the trusted brand of one of the UK's largest independent regional news companies based in Wolverhampton. Their platforms are visited by more than three million unique browsers every month and this audience continues to grow at pace. Because of this growth, our client is currently seeking a Digital Business Development Manager to join their team.
THE ROLE: The main purpose of a Digital Business Development Manager is to develop new accounts whilst securing them for the future. You will need to manage the accounts and grow their revenue streams in line with business budgets.

- Call potential customers within the internal database and third party sources
- Generate face to face appointments with business decision makers
- Attend appointments set by the telemarketing department
- Research, plan and prepare for all appointments
- Develop digital revenue streams alongside the print portfolio
- Achieve targets set in line with your individual KPI's
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will need to have a professional telephone manner and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. You will also require strong administration skills with good attention to detail.
Key experience essential for the Digital Business Development Manager role:
- Digital media experience
- Customer account manager experience
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of new business sales
- Knowledge of digital media landscape
- Familiarity with Google products and tools
- Live within a commutable distance to Wolverhampton
