JOB TITLE: Telemarketing Team Leader
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP24,000 - GBP26,500 dependant on experience
THE COMPANY: Our client is a growing digital marketing business built on the trusted brand of one of the UK's largest independent regional news companies based in Wolverhampton. Because of this growth, our client is currently seeking a Telemarketing Team Leader to join their team.
Key Responsibilities of a Telemarketing Team Leader to include:-
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be an established telesales marketer with a proven track record within telesales, lead generation and appointment setting. You will also need experience in leading a telesales/telemarketing team. You will be a target driven individual capable of driving a telesales based department.

- Deliver the tele department sales targets and KPI's
- Coach, support and train staff effectively in 121's
- Report weekly revenue and activity figures to the board
- Present over the phone and via screen sharing client solutions using structures sales process
- Process all sales effectively to maximise revenue
- Lead your team to achieve their goals
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be an established telesales marketer with a proven track record within telesales, lead generation and appointment setting. You will also need experience in leading a telesales/telemarketing team. You will be a target driven individual capable of driving a telesales based department.
Key experience essential for the Telemarketing Team Leader role:
- Team leader experience leading a Telesales team
- Proven track record in Media Sales (ideally digital media)
- Confident seller - selling a variety of solutions
- Live within a commutable distance to Wolverhampton
