Could you step in and provide leadership and support to a group of nurseries part of a well established chain with over 90% GOOD or OUTSTANDING Ofsted ratings?

We have a full time permanent position available for a dynamic, experienced Multi-Site Manager to take on a new exciting role as a 'Nursery Principal'. You will need to be a car driver and available for full time hours with a passion for Early Years and the drive to meet and exceed operational targets for each of the nurseries within Leeds that you will be looking after. You will be responsible for a number of nurseries within the group, leading and inspiring the Managers to deliver quality childcare whilst meeting KPI targets.

Some of the responsibilities would include:

Visiting nurseries both pre arranged and on the spot to audit on both quality childcare delivery and operational management
Regularly review and monitor occupancy levels to ensure they are maintained to maximum capacity and that ratio and conditions of registration are adhered to.
To oversee resources, purchase orders and systems for the nurseries.
Liaise with the HR Department to effectively manage staffing issues such as investigations, disciplinary, performance management, absence management, flexible working requests, recruitment, pregnancies and maternity.

Requirements:

NNEB or Level 3 in Childcare or Degree in Early Years
Early Years Teacher Status or Qualification (Desirable)
Previous Multi-site management experience (2 Years minimum)
Experience of dealing with complex people management issues
