Location: London, W3 7XS

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Depending on experience

Our customers are of the highest quality professional chefs and restaurateurs, we aim to deliver the highest quality produce, with wonderful service too.  To continue this level of service we need to have a strong internal way of working, as the Sales Administrator you will have a key role in this aspect. 

The ideal candidate will be ideally from a customer focused background, with the ability to produce clear and concise analysis, monitor daily reporting and provide overall support to our busy Sales Team.

Duties of the Sales Administrator

  • Monitoring procurement systems and internal price lists
  • Provide up-to-date sales analysis
  • Take ownership of improvements within the current sales administration processes
  • Providing a strong communication link between Sales and Purchasing departments
  • Managing supplier reports
  • Creation of sales support documents, including product training or supplier material
  • Reporting to, and assisting, the Sales Director
  • Point of contact for all company visitors
  • Supporting the day-to-day tasks of the Customer Service team, if required

Requirements of the Sales Administrator

  • Experience of project management, able to handle several at one time
  • High level of IT skills, in particular Excel, ERP and CRM systems
  • Excellent standard of English, spoken and written - articulate and highly communicative
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Experience in improving and/or changing internal procedures
  • An interest in food and food industry
