Our client is a registered charity dedicated to improving the life experiences of people with complex epilepsy, autism, learning and physical disabilities. They provide exceptional education, therapy and life skills development from their base near Alderley Edge, Cheshire and in the local community.
This is a great opportunity to review, recommend and implement changes to current strategy, policy and practice to achieve attendance targets across the organisation.
The HR Project Manager will coach, advise and guide management teams to promote attendance and drive results to reduce sickness absence and will take the lead on promoting the health and wellbeing of employees as well as identifying and implementing effective strategies for reducing short and long term absence. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Hence, our client is looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in improving levels of attendance at work. They will also need to demonstrate knowledge of best practice and an organisational insight in to how best to achieve results. The successful candidate will have high levels of personal effectiveness, an ability to influence senior managers and an ability drive and achieve results. They will be CIPD qualified or working towards
