An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Facilities Manager to join them and manage their sites which have facilities on them.

As Site Facilities Manager, you will contribute to the strategic F&B agenda with particular responsibility for leading on the development of the food and beverage products and facilities, advising the Accommodation Strategy Team on future commercially viable opportunities. Supporting the Head of Site Operations in developing the yearly budget, you will set and deliver the appropriate KPI’s for the facilities and undertake contract negotiations with suppliers to ensure value for money is achieved.

Ensuring full compliance with alcohol licensing and food hygiene requirements, you will review and implement the menu on a regular basis and where possible, take account of local opportunities. Providing monthly reporting to the Head of Sites, you must manage and implement H&S standards and ensure regulatory and legal compliance and minimise and mitigate against key risks.

They are looking for candidates who have proven experience of managing F&B products and services in a multi-site organisation. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have a good working knowledge of Health & Safety within the F&B arena and have experience of working at a strategic level. With the ability and willingness to travel throughout the UK, you should also have experience in operational and facilities management and in budgetary planning.
