This expanding BACS authorised Payroll Bureau is looking for qualified Payroll Administrators who have Payroll Bureau experience running multiple payrolls.

This bureau has clients in all sectors over the UK and they also offer a managed Pension Auto Enrolment service alongside the payroll service. Their offices are based in Letchworth and you will need to be within easy commuting distance.

The job role will require:-

- Accurate processing of salaries and/or wages of an allocated group of payroll clients.
- Assisting with other payroll work in the event of holiday/sickness or other absence of other team members.
- Responding to routine enquiries on payroll matters by telephone and email.
- Completion of Employers year-end returns.
- Accurate collating and entering all payroll data on system.
- Setting up PAYE schemes with the Inland Revenue.
- Setting up new employees on payroll and calculation of pro rata payments accordingly.
- Liaison with clients, pension providers, Inland Revenue, and other bodies.
