Year 2 Teacher - South Liverpool

Are you a newly qualified teacher with a specialism in KS1 or recent experience in a Year 2 class. Using your strong behaviour management skills, you will effectively manage the classroom environment as well as increasing the attainment level of all children.

Your effective communication skills will be vital to building relationships with the children in your care, as well as collaborating with other members of staff.

You will be able to plan fun and engaging lessonsl and you will be able to demonstrate differentiation for all abilities in your class. With your knowledge of the current National Curriculum, children will be encouraged to achieve and exceed targets and you will in turn play your part in raising standards.

Your creative input will be encouraged with after school activities or other school events and projects and will help you to flourish at the start of your teaching career.

The role is for a January start for 2 terms but could become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- NQT, RQT, QTS
- KS1 or Year 2 experience ? recent
- Knowledge of current National Curriculum
Responsibilities:
- Class teacher for Year 2 on a day to day basis
- All planning, preparation and marking
- Working closely with the teaching assistant within the classroom
