We are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and resilient person to take on the role of school secretary following the promotion of the current post holder. A clear understanding of confidentiality as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to ensure that pupils, staff, parents and visitors to the school are supported effectively.

The Charvil Piggott Church of England Primary School opened in September 2013. We currently have 116 children on roll. The school will expand as the children grow, admitting 30 new children each year until we have reached our capacity of 210 in 2019. The school is completely built and provides outstanding facilities for our children and staff.

We can offer you a friendly and supportive work environment, with happy staff and enthusiastic children. As part of The Piggott School, staff can take advantage of free full membership of the Nuffield Health Suite at the Wargrave site, including classes.

If you are keen to become part of our team, we would welcome your application. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.

For further information, please see the job description and person specification on our website.
