Business Development Manager / Sales Executive

Leading FMCG company based in Bradford needs to hear from a talented Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
Our Client was founded in 1998 and has consistently achieved steady growth in the UK, Europe and across the world. They sell their products in over 100 countries and across 5 continents. They have a diverse team of multilingual professionals winning exceptional sales globally.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Research organisations to find new customers and identify who makes the decisions
'Cold Call' to arrange meetings at customers' premises or over the telephone
Find out what a business needs and work with buyers to plan proposals and negotiate best pricing
Sell products and services to new and existing customers
Negotiate with customers and build positive relationships
Attend events and conferences to gain information on market trends and competitors
Write reports and make presentations to customers and senior management
identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns
Forecast sales targets and make sure they're met
Deliver training to business developers and junior sales teams

Essential Skills:
Sales: 1 year
Business Development: 1 year
Client Relationship Management: 1 year
Cold Calling: 1 year
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority
