One of the South East's leading motor retailers has an exciting entry level opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their HR team based in Maidstone.
The responsibilities for this entry level role will include:
- Providing administrative HR support including preparing documentation for all new starters and contract changes
- Daily HR and payroll data entry
- Administering recruitment advertising and learning and development initiatives
- Ensuring personnel files are well maintained
- Providing general advice for HR queries relating to group policies and procedures.
Applicants will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritise, be friendly and approachable, possess excellent data entry and attention to detail skills, and above all be prepared to deliver a service that continuously exceeds our employees' expectations.
This role would also suit a recent school/leaver or graduate.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with the ability to work extra hours when necessary.
