SEN Maths Teacher (Mental Health)
Are you a dynamic and imaginative Maths Teacher with lots of initiative? Would you like to work in an Alternative Provision which Ofsted rate as good with outstanding behaviour, and where you can make a real difference to the lives of students who need your help? If so then this exciting opportunity could be just the role for you.
Our clients, based in the Southend area are looking for an experienced Maths Teacher. This is a full time position to start in January. However, they will also consider somebody who is looking to work 4 days per week.
This is a great opportunity for a successful Maths Teacher to cross over into an SEN setting and to gain some experience working with mental health.
Our clients are a specialist education provision situated within a psychiatric hospital. Their last Ofsted Inspection graded them overall Good with Outstanding Behaviour and Safety of Pupils.
There are plenty of opportunities for additional responsibility; mentoring, small group work, outreach and reintegration work in schools and with ongoing professional development the unit offers lots of opportunities you wouldn?t have elsewhere
Please send you CV to Greg Burns who is our dedicated SEN specialist and will be happy to guide through each step of the process, from your application to supporting you throughout your time at the School.
