Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Location: Ipswich

Salary: £16,000 - £22,000 per annum

Our Client is the largest third-party accident management and claims handling provider in the UK; serving insurers, brokers and fleet operators by providing a wide range of claims handling solutions across the motor, property and legal claims sectors.

They are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join the team in the role of Sales and Marketing Coordinator; this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the accident management industry. To be successful you will need to have the drive required to meet and exceed customer expectations, build internal and external relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities, generate interest and develop new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing clients through high level client interaction
  • Make outbound calls to cold call lists
  • Communicate persuasively with key decision makers
  • Qualify target customers, obtaining client contact and business information, record names and addresses of prospects contacted
  • Achieve KPI's based around volume of calls and conversion rates
  • Work closely with sales, subject matter experts (SMEs) and senior management to agree the call strategy and have a sufficient understanding of the marketing material being followed up though the calls
  • Accurately update and maintain CRM system and pipeline
  • Carry out market analysis, through data gathering and interpretation.
  • To assist in the gathering and interpretation of market data, to understand competitors and identify and target prospects.

Desirable Competencies:

  • Able to demonstrate success within a sales / lead generation environment
  • Confident in generating new leads
  • Previous experience of cold calling for lead generation, telesales, telemarketing and appointment setting required
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Fleet Markets
  • English A Level or above
