Our client opened their first store in 2003. They are now one of the largest chains in their industry in the south of England area. They are currently recruiting for a Manager to join their team.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in managing shops/restaurants with a turnover in excess of ??5,000 per week. Candidates must be well presented, highly motivated, and possess good people and communication skills. You will be controlling the finances and keeping up motivation in the shop.
It's no easy task but if you've got what it takes, the rewards are well worth it. And the experiences you gain along the way will be second to none. In return, you will receive a salary of ??25,000+, subject to experience, plus benefits to include a bonus structure and a "death in service" benefit scheme subject to length of service. Prospects for career advancement are also excellent.
