Estimator

I am currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join a leading contractor based in South Essex. The role will be working alongside the established team producing high quality bids on projects ranging from £500k to £10m and across the following sectors: Hospitality, Leisure, Education, Healthcare, Public Sector. Each estimator works independently on a wide variety of projects, but has the support of the Estimating Manager, Pre-Construction Manager and the Work Winning Team.

Ideal skills and experience:

· Construction knowledge: Essential
· Minimum 2 years experience working as an estimator: Essential 
· B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or similar is advantageous
· Experience of using Esti-Mate software is advantageous
