Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Randstad Education is currently recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a long term role for a mainstream Secondary school in Oldham. The role will be to start in January 2017 until the end of the academic year on a part time basis (2 days a week). This position requires a minimum of a Level 4 qualification.

This role will be covering PPA across year groups whilst a member of the teaching staff is off. The successful candidate will hold a full relevant Level 4 qualification or higher.

This job will be perfect for a Higher Level Teaching assistant or a Newly Qualified Teacher who is looking to expand their knowledge and experience within a secondary school environment. You will be expected to cover PPA across both key stage 3 and key stage 4 and teach across the national curriculum.
