Operations Administrator / Business Analyst

This is an exciting role for someone with an enquiring and analytical mind to become an in-house expert in the operations of their main software system, Qube Property Management. You will help ensure it operates effectively and train others to use it successfully. As Qube underpins their entire company's operations, this role will provide exposure to all areas and people within their business. You will also become involved in ensuring their business processes are optimised to work effectively with their systems. There will also be additional IT projects and duties to carry out along with their IT department. You must be willing to travel between their offices to deliver training across the group.


This Property Management company specialises in the ongoing management of large residential developments, including the effective administration of +£20m of client service charge budgets. Based in Cambridge and with offices in London, Bracknell and Nottingham, they work across East Anglia, London, the Home Counties, the South and East Midlands, and has plans for further growth. The Group also consists of separate Facilities Management and Legal businesses, employing over 185 people. This company prides itself on a commitment to excellence and customer service.

Role - Operations Administrator / Business Analyst
Salary Range - £22,000 - £24,000 pa, dependant on experience
Type - Permanent Full-time
Working Hours - 9am - 6pm, mon-fri
Location - Cambridge

Key Criteria

- 3 years relevant business experience is desired. Recent graduates will also be considered.
- Experience with Qube Property Management is advantageous but not essential. The successful applicant will be fully trained.
- IT Literate - Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management
- Ability to conduct user training and present to groups
