This is an exciting opportunity to join a National Facilities Management Company established for over 25 years and part of a large international FM group - the role is based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. They are currently seeking to recruit a Soft Services Manager to achieve operational superiority and deliver client satisfaction.
This role will be based on an HE contract in Hertfordshire. The key focus is to develop excellent operational delivery across cleaning, grounds maintenance and waste whilst developing customer relationships across the contract.
You will be responsible for managing the Assistant Managers, supervisors and teams on site, ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met and service delivery exceeds expectation. Attending meetings, collating information and producing reports as needed.
You will be proactive with experience in Facilities Management, keen to learn with a friendly professional approach. The salary will be £30k - £32k dependent on experience.

The Soft Services Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to students and customers
- Providing leadership, motivation and direction to soft services teams
- Assisting in the development and delivery good practice and creating efficiencies in service delivery
The ideal Soft Services Manager will possess the following:
- Substantial experience in a similar Soft Services / Facilities Management role
- IOSH qualification or equivalent
- People and leadership skills
