Retail Manager - Garden Centre / Farm Shop / Nursery

A Retail Manager, with good horticultural knowledge, is sought to join this garden centre, nursery and farm shop in Burnham-on-Sea.

The organisation is a family run business which has been established for over 30 years. Their plant centre and farm shop supplies eggs and other supplies to members of the public, as well as distributing eggs and local produce to business customers both large and small across the South West and Wales.

They are now seeking a Retail Manager with a good knowledge of plants and horticulture to join their team. You will be responsible for management of the nursery and farm shop; including organising point of sale displays and ordering stock.

Title: Retail Manager - Garden Centre / Nursery / Horticulture / Farm Shop
Location: Burnham-on-Sea
Salary: Circa £20k per annum, depending on experience
Info: Full time, flexible hours

The ideal Retail Manager will possess the following:
- Experience in a retail environment
- A good level of horticultural knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to liaise with both members of staff, suppliers and customers
