Senior Insurance Business Architect

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Architect for our client based in The Haag, Netherlands

This is a permanent position with a salary of 80000-95000 Euros depending on experience.

Our client is looking for a Senior Insurance Business Architect to join their team and work as part of the multi-disciplinary automation team for their client in financial services. You would be part of their innovation and solution incubation team and working in a highly team-driven environment.

Requirements:

▪ Relevant experience in Insurance industry as Business Architect

▪ Extensive exposure across Insurance Value Chain, especially spanning Pension, Life and Property & Casualty

▪ Deep understanding of revenue stream for Insurance industries

▪ Strong understanding of Cost to Income ratios for the insurance industry

▪ Extensive experience in optimizing the cost models for Insurance spend

▪ Extensive experience in implementing strategic technology initiatives for transformation of business and operations

▪ Ability to lead and champion change

▪ Investigates the various business processes of the company and develops architectures to support the business

▪ Defines enterprise business architecture

▪ Strong networking and relationship skills

▪ Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines

▪ well and communicate effectively with diverse teams

▪ Experience of working in a challenging and fast paced environment

▪ Team player who is motivated, self-learner and well organized
