Telesales / Sales Representatives

Due to expansion our client is looking for driven sales staff to help continue their success . This is NOT a contact centre role, they want sales people not machines.
- Outbound sales offering their clients their unique consultancy and software solutions.
- Inbound sales offering advice and analysing the needs of the customer to tailor a solution.
- Following up on new and existing leads.
- Arranging demonstrations over the phone to potential clients.
- Closing sales and setting up new clients on their bespoke systems.
- Keeping the company Contact Management System up to date.
Commission is uncapped and you will also earn commission on previous years sales renewals without any additional work involved. They are confident that they are the only company to offer its sales staff this additional bonus.
- Preferably with a sales background in the business to business (B2B) sector
- A willingness to learn - our senior sales staff will help you every step of the way with full product and sales training
- Enthusiastic and smart – we don't want robots, we want people that use their brains and contribute to their own success as well as that of the company
- Smart, presentable and punctual with a good command of written English
- Excellent telephone manner with listening skills.
