Position: Senior Materials Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £38k - £42k + Car + Benefits

Our company client is a well respected FMCG business who are currently looking to recruit a well organised and highly skilled Senior Materials Coordinator to join their head office based in Milton Keynes. This role required managing the inbound supply from factories and manufacturing sites and line scheduling whilst being responsible for leading a team of planners to maintain successful relationships with suppliers, 3PLs and internal stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity for career development.
Main duties will cover the following:
* Material Scheduling and Supply Planning of inbound supply
* Lead and manage a team of production planners
* Liaising with 3PL to ensure KPIs are met (inventory, stock availability and supplier performance)
* Driving inventory reduction and optimisation activities to ensure targets are achieved
* Ensure consistently high stock availability levels for all products
Main abilities and experience required:
* Graduate calibre
* A solid understanding of FMCG/Manufacturing supply chain with at least 3 years+ FMCG supply chain experience
* A strong people manager used to a fast paced FMCG environment
* Experienced ERP user
* Highly computer literate - advanced excel
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
* Diligent in completion of tasks and projects
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
