Position: Wholesale Operations Executive
Location: London
Salary: £21000 - £23000 per annum + Benefits

The company client is a well respected FMCG business rapidly expanding who are currently seeking to recruit a driven and highly skilled Wholesale Operations Executive for their organisation based in London. This job includes sales order processing, customer service, logistics co-ordination and data reconciliation. The main focus for this role will be to provide administrative support to the operations team and B2B Wholesale Sales Department, primarily through the processing of product orders.
Essential duties for this role will involve:
* Sales order processing- SAP
* UK and export customer liaison - Managing inbound and outbound order transaction
* Provide up to date information on shipping and order fulfilment to the customers
* 3PL liaison
* Set up new accounts on SAP and maintain up to date records on file
Main competencies and experience required for this role:
* Degree Educated or equivalent
* A strong understanding of Retail/FMCG supply chain with at least 1 years+ FMCG supply chain experience
* Highly computer literate - excel
* Experience using SAP
* Customer focused
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
