Administration Officer - Downing, Bramhall

£18-20k, 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri
This role will provide day-to-day administrative support to Divisional and Central office based staff. You will carry out administrative tasks as well as filing and maintaining records for the processing of tenancy arrangements, invoice payments, payroll and rent for the region.
Previous administrative experience within the Care and/or Supported Living is desirable. Establishing office procedures and systems is essential with an understanding of finance desirable. The ability to plan own workload and work on own initiative to deliver to tight deadlines and flexibility to changing business demands. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Passionate about achieving the highest standards, highly developed interpersonal skills and willing to travel within the Division when required.
