Customer Service Executive
A financial services company in Newport are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team as a Customer Service Executive. You will join an established and professional team of people, who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service on behalf of their clients.
Duties as a Customer Service Executive include:
- Providing a professional and efficient service to customers
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries through inbound calls and mail
- Building long lasting and profitable relationships with customers
- Carrying out required administration work
We are currently seeking candidates who have a background of customer service within a retail or contact centre environment. You must be able to pass a credit check.
The successful candidate will benefit from extensive training and great progression opportunities. Working hours fall between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
