Tele and Field Sales Executive

Are you interested in an exciting opportunity for a Tele and Field Sales Executive selling additional membership benefits to an existing professional membership audience?

Then read on as this is not your standard telesales role.

Alliance Surgical is a fast growing dynamic organization in the healthcare sector with significant growth potential and new developing markets.

As a consequence we have an opportunity for a Tele and Field Sales Executive to join the team here at our head office in central Birmingham.

If you are someone with the following attributes, then we are looking for you to fulfill this role.

  • A successful track record in telesales.
  • An ability to travel to client meetings (either in your own car or by public transport- expenses paid).
  • An ability to build rapport and relationships with an existing professional client base.
  • A professional and reassuring approach.
  • A strong desire to succeed.
  • Good education and IT skills.

The role includes:

  • Contacting by telephone our members, who are all medical professionals, to introduce and sell our additional membership benefits to them.
  • Meeting our members in the field a number of times per month as part of the sales process.
  • Managing the full sales cycle and winning contracts.
  • Using and updating our in house CRM database.

In return we offer a basic salary of £20,000 per annum and a competitive commission (with a repeating commission payment structure). In addition we offer a pleasant, friendly and team working environment with the rewarding career opportunities an expanding company can provide.
