HC Wealth Management, an Accredited Financial Planning firm based in Bagshot, Surrey are looking for an experienced back office support team member to take up a new vacancy within the firm.

The successful candidate will be able to work unsupervised alongside Planners and the support team to ensure that client affairs are handled efficiently and professionally. Daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following:

    • Overseeing cases to ensure that business is conducted in a compliant and efficient manner
    • Ensuring all legacy policies are accurately researched and recorded on the client database
    • Processing new business
    • Placing trades on investment platforms
    • Preparing documents involved in the review process
    • Maintaining client files

In addition to performing the day to day tasks asked of the support team, the Support Team Co-Ordinator will assist the Operations Director by taking on the responsibility for the activities of the support team to help deliver a high quality service to clients and all within the business.

They will maintain the head office environment, and will monitor the delivery and implementation of agreed processes and procedures across the business. They will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the support team on a day to day basis, reallocating work amongst the team as necessary, and monitor the levels of support provided to all.

They will act as the first point of contact to address and deal with queries or concerns raised by Planners and the support team in terms of process and/ or the production of work.

They will monitor the handover of work to outsourced providers, liaise with them and suggest amendments to procedures as necessary.

They should ensure that the Operations Director is kept informed of any changes, developments required or issues highlighted within the business and ensure that any suggested amendments receive appropriate approval.

On an ad hoc basis they will also be responsible for and assist with projects and other work.
