Our client is an Award Winning Academy specialising in grooming the hairdressers, barbers, beauty therapists, nail technicians, spa therapists and salon managers of the future.
They are looking for a Customer Service Tutor to support their Work-based Learning Apprenticeship Programmes. The roles will also involve delivering Functional Skills from Level1 to Level 2.
The successful applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience, up to NVQ Level 2 / Level 3
You must have experience of delivering in the workplace.
A car and a clean driving license is essential.
Necessary qualifications:
- Teaching qualification e.g. PTLL’s, Certificate of Education (Cert Ed)
- Functional Skills Level 2 or the equivalent in Maths and English
- Assessor’s award e.g. D32, A1, TAQA
- Level 3 qualification in Customer Service or the equivalent
- Full enhanced DSB check
Hours: Part-time / Full-time
