As a Sales Administrator, you will act as the key point of contact for customers regarding their sales orders. 

Specifically, your role will involve end-to-end order fulfilment. This entails order entry, the preparation of shipping/export documentation, invoicing, liaising with freight forwarders and margin reconciliation with the Finance Department. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will receive customer orders, work with internal teams to understand the requirement and ensure that the correct machines and services are supplied in a timely fashion. You’ll pass on accurate instructions and keep the customer updated as to the progress of their order, tracking shipments, ensuring payments are made and booking freight as appropriate. 

Working cross-functionally with a number of different teams and personnel, you’ll maintain internal and external communication and deal with the financial aspects of the order.

To be considered, you must have: 

- Experience in an administration role, dealing with customer orders 
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Word & Excel 

Motivated and self-driven, as a Sales Administrator, you must have solid communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a strong customer focus and excellent problem solving abilities. A close attention to detail is also key. 

Experience in an export environment would be beneficial to your application. A working knowledge of export payment mechanisms including letters of credit would also be advantageous. Experience with administrative procedures, export and shipping procedures including incoterms would be equally favourable.
