This leading supplier of Christmas, Garden and Indoor Furniture is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

The position will involve:

- Order processing,
- Raising quotations and allocating orders,
- Liaising with the warehouse and accounts.
- Taking telephone calls from customers
- Provide admin support to the Area Sales Managers.

The successful candidate will have:

- Ideally at least 12 months experience working in a similar busy office environment,
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and via telephone
- Customer service orientated and a desire to deliver outstanding service levels
- Attention to detail with every task
- Must work well in a team environment
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
- A positive and conscientious approach to all tasks, demonstrating enthusiasm at all times
- Strong IT skills; including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Hours are:
Monday - Thursday 9am to 5.30pm
Friday - 9am- 5pm
