Position: Category Manager - Non Foods
Location: South East
Salary: £35k - £60k (Dependant on experience) + Great Benefits

Our company client is a widely known Food Retailer who are currently seeking to recruit a highly skilled and dynamic Buyer for their Non Foods category. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of current inefficiencies in the area, and for the strategic implementation of new sourcing methods and processes.
Major duties for this position will involve:
* Analyse, re-focus and restructure current processes in order to implement a new strategy for Non-Food purchasing within the business
* Identify and deliver cost savings and added value in procurement of Non-Foods
* Relationship management of existing suppliers and development of new suppliers
Experience and background required:
* Strong background in Indirects/Non Food purchasing
* Extensive experience working within Food Services
* Highly computer literate - advanced excel
* Customer focused - experience of working collaboratively with key suppliers
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
