We are a leading provider and developer of affordable homes - for rent, sheltered, residential care and shared ownership. We own around 17,500 homes, employ 340 people, and have an annual turnover of over £100 million.
Our customer services team, OneCall, is currently looking for people to join their busy team. Helping us to give excellent and comprehensive service to all our customers you will be dealing with numerous queries on a daily basis, ranging from repairs issues to housing needs. You will need excellent communication and customer care skills, combined with the ability to empathise with people and work well in a busy environment.
Can you remain calm and organised whilst dealing confidently with sometimes difficult situations? If so this is an excellent opportunity for you to join our established team.
