£16k - £18k D.O.E + 30 days annual leave + healthcare + pension + death in service

Our client has been identified an excellent opportunity for an experienced, driven, Service Desk Administrator for their developing Service and Maintenance Business.

Position Summary

As Service Desk Administrator, customer focus is key and the ability to plan and organise a team of remote Engineers is essential.

Your daily role and responsibilities will include;

  • Manage day to day work load of Engineering staff
  • Answer client calls and provide a high level of customer service
  • Administer all service and maintenance paper work ensuring works sheets are checked, filed and sent to clients
  • Filing of all relevant documents
  • Respond to reactive works and reschedule other works accordingly
  • Obtain quotes for works
  • Ordering parts and access equipment and arranging returns
  • Subcontractor and supplier management
  • Audit and manage electronic systems

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will hold the required skills and experience to thrive within this role, including;

  • Basic knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning is advantageous although not essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outgoing, results driven and confident
