With future growth plans in place the opportunity has arisen for a Coach/Assessor, especially one with experience in the Transport sector to join our dedicated Team of Professionals, and be instrumental in maintaining our high standard of customer service and student experience. The post requires you;

To coach students and formally assess programmes in Logistics and Supply Chain Management subject areas.
To challenge the learners??? distance learning progress through telephone calls and emails on a regular basis, proactively encouraging the learner, or providing the necessary level of support and encouragement or direction and guidance as required.
To have a consistent, confidential approach to coaching enabling the build up of trust between the candidate and the coach.
To be understanding of the client and their personal circumstances, including the recognition of any learning difficulties.
To create presentations for face to face programmes
To facilitate face to face programmes at our East Midlands Offices, customer premises as and when required. Some overseas travel may also be required.
Experience in the humanitarian sector would be an advantage
